They were terrible! My son died in transport. He was left alone with no one in the back with him. Do Not Use This Company.
32 mile transfer, tried to claim additional services on route they did not do. Wife is an RN and was in the ambulance with our son during this transfer. Tried to charge us $18k originally, our fantastic insurance called them out and paid. These corrupt pieces of garbage have now randomly recalculated our bill to $9800. Crazy after being paid more than $3k(more than reasonable amount) If I was having a heart attack and they showed up, I would wait for a different company, I'm sure they would charge like $100k and claim it was... read more
