Helpful and knowledgeable customer service while we were shopping for a scooter
Just made my last purchase from Med Emporium. I purchased a doughnut seat hoping it would provide my father with relief from bedsores. I didn’t open it and tried to position him on it. It didn’t work. Med Emporium wouldn’t provide a return or credit. They said it was their policy and that I should have read the receipt. But when you’re shopping for someone who is in great pain…. They got my money this time, but not again.
I've always loved this place, they have helped me on so many things for many years, medical equipment & given some great advice
Melanie was very helpful in answering questions about medical equipment for a member of our family who is very tall. They offer similar items in the store for him see and try out (in the store), and were very willing to order whatever item we might end up needing.
