Jimmy was extremely helpful. We have an adult special needs son. Jimmy was able to provide us with a Sit-to Stand as well as Trapese Assist for his bed. These items were a tremendous help at our vacation reunion rental. We cannot thank Jimmy enough from dropping off to picking everything up once we were done. We highly recommend this company!

I had surgery on my left foot twice and needed a heavy duty knee walker/scooter to help me get around. I called the store and the rental went smoothly. They delivered it to my home and came back to pick it up when I no longer needed it. Good customer service and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them for your medical equipment rental needs.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This past Saturday I purchased a toilet seat riser from the Va. Beach store. Very lovely sales woman who struck up a conversation with me right away and took me over to where the risers were and shared with me her suggestive one to buy. Continued the conversation through checkout telling me about all her grandchildren and great grandchildren, the oldest being 17. What she failed to tell me was that my purchase was non-returnable.
