I used to love this practice. i've been coming here for almost twenty years. Now I cannot even competently get basic prescriptions renewed (and no, i am not talking about pain pills. ). I take one half of my antiinflamayory so that I have medication available when this office inevitably fails to refill or approve the prescription wirhout explanation or communication.
