Not a bad walk in clinic at all! Pharmacist is very nice!
We had such a wonderful experience at this walk-in clinic. The doctor was absolutely amazing with my daughter—so patient, kind, and genuinely caring. He made her laugh and feel comfortable right away, which makes such a difference for a child. He was also extremely thorough and took the time to ask lots of thoughtful questions to really understand her situation, which is not always the case at walk-in clinics. Bad service of pharmacy and delivery service. No empathy while talking to patients. 3:20 pm prescription was submitted and the distance is 6 minutes but delivery came after 6 hours. Never gonna order meds from this pharmacy again
My husband got released from hospital and he is in isolation. As a result we ordered from this pharmacy for delivery especially since it’s very close to our home. We ordered at 3 but the pharmacist said the delivery person will not be near us till 9, which makes no sense. If you are located in Pickering why are the deliveries prioritized for other cities.
