The waiting area is nice, but the staff is consistently rude and condescending. I’ve given them multiple chances, but the poor attitude remains an issue. I’m currently in the market for a vehicle, but because of this experience, I won’t be shopping here.
Love their waiting area. Was there for an oil change. They do a full video inspection. A little slow, but excellent customer service.
Do not Buy a CX-50. They are not worth the money. I have had mine for several months and a lot of small problems and now a big one. What appears to be major C-Pillar damage with 70 pounds of the roof rack. According to Med Center, Service and Management, it is not their problem. Good service until you actually have a problem. Steer clear.
