Krystal is one of a kind! She is not only very knowledgeable—she also takes time to listen to you and works to get to the root cause of your issues. I’m so pleased someone recommended her to me. She helped me more in one visit than other providers did in several visits. Highly recommend!
What a nice little office! They were able to get us in next day to have my 9 month olds ears checked. Staff was friendly, the office was clean and we didn’t have any wait time. I much prefer bringing my kids here over the big offices in Bowling Green.

Krystal McCain at the Smiths Grove location has an amazing bedside manner and she will take as much time as you need to explain things or understand the course of treatment. She has been my provider for over 5 years now and I absolutely love her!!!! I wouldn't go to anyone but her.
