DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY &DO NOT ALLOW ANY MEDICAL FACILITY TO USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR LOVED ONES!… my family member fell out of her wheelchair twice during transport from the hospital to home. The first time the driver pulled over and got 2strange men to assist in getting her into her wheelchair and did not think once to call for help. Worked there for a year and at first it was great then katie became operations manager and she was the worse thing to happen to MedCare. Dont recommend this company at all whether its for employment or transport.
Read the reviews before considering employment or using this Company for transport. The management is the worst in the industry. If you're looking for professionalism and a strong support system this will not be the place for you. There are way too many other options to consider for anyone to ever take this place seriously regarding employment or transport for yourself or a loved one. Employer Review: Do not give them the decency of 2 weeks notice, the manger Katie will terminate your employment in a week. You will not be able to cash your PTO while still employed. Their operations are downright illegal.
