Mi experiencia fue muy positiva. Desde el primer contacto sentí un trato respetuoso, paciente y realmente comprometido con mi situación especial. No solo ofrecen equipos médicos, ofrecen acompañamiento, orientación y tranquilidad. Se nota cuando un equipo trabaja con vocación y empatía. Estoy muy agradecida por cómo manejaron mi caso y por la dedicación que mostraron en cada detalle. Sin duda los recomiendo.
WORST AGENCY If I could give them negative stars I would They denied some equipment indicating the insurance didnt approve them, when I called the Insurance I found out the equipments were approved but since they dont have business with Purewick they never processed the request I paid for "an electric" hospital bed that is a piece of "horrible iron bed", they sent a wheelchair without the extending leg, and I can go on and on..... It's the only medical supplier for Preferred Network in Florida......... Horrible service
If zero stars were an option that is what I would choose. This is the worst medicare vendor I've had the displeasure to encounter. They send the wrong supplies then won't exchange or send a replacement and claim the insurance won't cover it when it's their fault. Stay away.
If I was able to give 0 stars I would with no hesitation! This company claims to have 24 hour service for oxygen concentrator if anything happens and it’s all a lie! The machines are complete garbage and always refurbished nothing new! Please avoid getting any care from this company because they do not care about anyone! They also state they have an on call person 24 hours, yeah sure okay that on call person is sleeping. I’m escalating this all the way up to the company director or higher because they should not run business... read more
