This is the most incompetent company I have ever done business with. I would not recommend them to an enemy. They are not professionals and their service leaves a lot to be desired. They cannot solve a problem even when it's their fault. It seems like the right hand does not know what the left hand does. One thing I don't understand is why my insurance company, Preferred Care Partners, uses them ONLY as a supplier. If possible, I would give them 0 stars!! Very disappointing customer service experience. I was placed on hold for over 12 minutes before speaking with a representative. When I explained that I have not yet received my sensors for my Dexcom G6—which are set to expire on the 30th—I was told that someone would call me on the 27th to confirm my information. I expressed concern about the risk of not receiving the sensors in time, but was informed that there was nothing they could do to expedite the process. Dudé del servicio cuando vi los reviews pero fue excelente!! La aprobación y el envío fue increíblemente rápido, llamadas y mensajes de seguimiento. La entrega fue a la hora que indicaron, sin retrasos. Ozzy fue super atento, se tomó el tiempo de explicar detalle a detalle el uso y tips para acostumbrarse a la máquina. Servicio 5 estrellas.
Muy malo el servicio al cliente, de la consulta del médico envían la orden y a las 3 semanas dicen que no an podido comunicarse con el paciente uno llama y te tienen una 1.25 minutos con música 🎶 y después te cuelgan pero si se lo cobran al seguro el mismo dia sin dar el servicio
Que mal servicio dan ustedes a los pacientes voy a ser una queja a medicare y medicaed y prefer insurance por el trabajo de ustedes una paciente desde ayer con alta no han enviado la cama ni los accesorio que el médico puso en la orden la supervisora Dayana solamente sabe pedir disculpa por su mal trabajo que agencia está con tan mal servicio pero para cobrarle al seguro no fallan la supervisora Dayana ahora no da la cara es una falta de respecto a un paciente
