The staff are great, the new management is horrible, they treat their employees horrible, and degrade them. Look for a different company.

I've worked at MCA for over 15 years, and love the work I do. They brought me on even though I freely admitted that I didn't know anything about the software they wanted experience in, and provided me with so many opportunities for growth that I've ended up on a career path where I was only looking for a job. Worst billing office to work ever! If it was possible to give them a zero I would! The owner is never in touch with his employees. He has no clue how miserable it is to work there or he does and just doesn’t care as long as his pockets are still collecting. Management is a joke. Most of them don’t even deserve that title. You go to them with a question or concern and they always say they will take care of it and nothing is done. If it were possible to give this petty bunch of thieves a zero rating, I would certainly do so! Med Care Administrators is the billing office for my now-former primary care doctor, Dr. Patil at Primecare Medical in Central Square NY. Her office is located at the Central Square NY Health Center. Med Care is in Marcy. Last year I had to give up my health insurance through the Federal employees retirement because they charged way too much. All I have is Medicare Part A.
