Formerly named Med-Care & now Consensus Health. Great staff, amazing caring nurses, professional office staff & doctors. I have been a patient for over 20 years & I have gotten great care. All of the referrals I received for specialists, when needed, have been good solid referrals that have exceeded my expectations. Dr John Scolamiero is the best!
