Horrible experience. I received a bill dated 5/1 and it states payment is needed within 15 days. I just checked my mail today and found this bill. I called to pay and the woman told me I would be charged a late fee. I am within the 15 day grace and never received a bill previously. I am on my own with two young children living paycheck to paycheck, both my kids have been sick all winter. I offered to pay the bill in full but she refused to waive the late fee. Zero empathy for my situation. Will never use this business again.
This place is the absolute worst... they never call and or respond, they dont give all the information needed..you gotta better chance of pulling teeth from a rooster then this place helping you.. multiple times they have been supposed to call me too help with my cpap they never do, I call them and conveniently the person I need is never there...
The Stacia could use a little training on customer service or medications to boost her mood from witchy to helpful. The delivery guy was pleasant.
I stopped in here to get set up with a Cpap for the first time. From dropping off my prescription to picking up the machine was 24 hours. Everyone was kind and helpful!
