Now I can see why they’re terrible at their job. They have a 2.8 average and nothing but complaints and I just got done dealing with them after two months of being treated like a piece of crap. The lady, I just got off the phone with told me to go elsewhere if I didn’t like the process told me that she wasn’t the business owner and I said I’m sure he wouldn’t be happy how you speak to the customers and tell them to go elsewhere for business. I called three times for questions I had. Three times I was told, “the person you need to speak with is with someone. I’ll take a message and she will return your call.” Never happened. Time to look elsewhere. Horrible

Horrible experience. I received a bill dated 5/1 and it states payment is needed within 15 days. I just checked my mail today and found this bill. I called to pay and the woman told me I would be charged a late fee. I am within the 15 day grace and never received a bill previously. I am on my own with two young children living paycheck to paycheck, both my kids have been sick all winter. I offered to pay the bill in full but she refused to waive the late fee. Zero empathy for my situation. Will never use this business again.

This place is the absolute worst... they never call and or respond, they dont give all the information needed..you gotta better chance of pulling teeth from a rooster then this place helping you.. multiple times they have been supposed to call me too help with my cpap they never do, I call them and conveniently the person I need is never there...
