Med Benefits is incredible! They made finding the right insurance simple and stress-free. Roxy is amazing so helpful, knowledgeable, and truly cares. I highly recommend them if you need help with insurance!
I would not choose this company if you are asked to mail a check prior to the application with the insurance company. Also, when asked I could not get a cost breakdown by employee. Supposedly, Hometown Health only offers paper check options but when I called Hometown Health they said they offer automatic drafts for payment. Not sure why I need to pay prior to getting an application completed. Also, unclear as to why Hometown Health did not give me a quote first after the application was processed otherwise how would you know... read more
