This company is terrible. I have to constantly battle with them over coverage. Most doctors and hospitals have never even heard of them, so I spend hours trying to convince them that MedBen will cover the procedures. One time I was facing a potential health crisis, and the specialist I needed had no idea who they were. When I called MedBen to fix this, the woman I spoke to couldn't stop laughing. This is a terrible company, they will take your money but will not give the ok for needed medical procedures. They put my physician offices on hold every time they call for no less than 45 minutes each time. My doctors are complaining to me about this company. My employer signed up with this company and it is the worst ever. They won't reimburse my medical spending money. Stay away from this company!
