Very polite, extremely inefficient, they do not prioritize drug tests. Instead of advancing drug tests to get ppl out, it seems they follow first come first serve. Urine tests are quick, get them out of the way so you can dedicate time with real patients. Will they listen? No. Will they change? Horrible experience, don’t waste your time or money. Dr is notorious for asking for irrelevant documents and drs notes. I will be reporting them.
