We came to pick up some documents and have been waiting since 12:23 p.m. A gentleman came 35 minutes later and the office ladies gave him his paper work (pick up only like us) at around 2:00. We are still waiting. Dr. Botello was wonderful and did his examination thoroughly and professionally. The office people complain among themselves about the people calling, and work as slow as possible to punish people for asking questions.
