Fantastic to deal with. Took our Step dad for a tour, he was made to feel welcome by staff and residents. Well done!
Not disability friendly. Staff are not given proper training. Business is unreliable and severely understaffed.
I had issues in the beginning with this organisation but, with lots of communication, things are going better. The service was running well with a new manager but he has left and it’s gone back to the way it was sadly. Don’t expect to receive the services promised as there are many cancellations.

There have been many changes within the organisation and things are definitely improving, I am very happy with the service I’m now receiving. Worth giving them a go and working with them to get the supports you need in place, you just need to be patient and communicate with them.
