Cleaning service just provided, was a fill in person and my first clean after 1.5 years away from service. Shower glass not touched and I moved everything to give access, bottom of shower step that connects to door not wiped, hand basin not cleaned properly, toilet brush was dry so obviously not used and toilet seat dirty underneath, under rim filthy and base of toilet seat not cleaned. Fantastic to deal with. Took our Step dad for a tour, he was made to feel welcome by staff and residents. Well done!
Not disability friendly. Staff are not given proper training. Business is unreliable and severely understaffed.
I had issues in the beginning with this organisation but, with lots of communication, things are going better. The service was running well with a new manager but he has left and it’s gone back to the way it was sadly. Don’t expect to receive the services promised as there are many cancellations.
