Terrible provider, my mum never got the services her package was provided for. They asked her what services she wanted and needed, then sent a statement showing that her package had enough money to cover all she needed. The services were never given, the lady in charge of her case was totally incompetent. When I enquired about her services or lack of I was told a pathetic excuse. Mecwacare is only interested in taking elderly peoples home care package funds.
