Total disappointment with customer service follow up. I received the shelving but it did not include the hardware and instructions. I have called customer service 6 times before I got the instructions, and still don't have the hardware. At one pint I was told to buy my own hardware!!!! WTF? I understand that mistakes happen, but for god's sake, get your shit together and take care of your customer!
