I was visiting from out of town and I dropped in for a Masters practice. Coach Patty was amazing! So welcoming, and made the practice was fun and engaging. Thank you!
My children have been going to MSA for a little over a year now and we absolutely love it! All of the instructors are great and so accommodating. I can't recommend this facility enough. Both of the office staff (Michelle and Grant) are fantastic to work and bend over backwards to help us in any way they can. Ms. Vaishali is also a fantastic instructor whom our kids absolutely love.
It was my child's first day at MSA, and when we walked in, I was unsure where to go because there was no front desk or anyone available to greet and direct new families. I saw a man wearing an MSA shirt and asked him for help. Before I could ask my question, he abruptly said, "HOLD ON, I'm on the phone right now." His tone was unnecessarily rude and made both me and my children feel unwelcome. He approached me inside about 15 minutes later, but by then, I had already figured out where to go on my own.
