Had to sleep. Study scheduled showed up and no one was there. No one answered the phone. The whole two days before left messages. No one calls you back horrible customer service. Send me bills for that. I already paid
I was scheduled for a sleep study I went there nobody was there I never got a text a confirmation anything I went at 8:00 p.m. doors locked no cars in the parking lot called all day the day before nobody answers the phones no matter what buttons you push nobody returns your phone calls now you want to call me because I'm a no-show roll the cameras back I was there at exactly 8:00 p.m. October 16th
Great staff. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone. Doesn't matter which option you select.
Called 3 times and message never returned.
Would be great if they answered the phone or called you back!
