Actually, 0 stars. The owner of this franchise showed up in response to an online request for a quote for services. The owner showed up with an attendant and wanted to do the job without extending a quote. When I explained there must be a miscommunication, he proceeded to quite contentiously argue that, 1. The online platform did not provide for quotes, which the word quote is mentioned many times on the site, 2. That he had spoken to me, and confirmed an appointment to have services done, which he had not, and 3. That he ha... read more
Mecklenburg Chem-dry was unprofessional, irratic, aggressive and did not follow sanitation protocols. Once we told him we did not want his services, he demanded money for the appointment before leaving our property - before we even agreed to use his services for the price he requested. Beware.

Every once in awhile as a service company you will have to deal with customers who just have an axe to grind and use business review platforms to try and damage your reputation. As a business owner it is some what frustrating to deal with as there is not much we can do about it except respond publicly.
