Bureaucratic mess. Very disorganized organization the ordering process is fine as long as you don't have to involve a human. Constant mistakes and corrections that take weeks to fix. Useless phone system no way to contact anyone for help. But If you manage to get your shades they are usually nice.

Unresponsive. You can spend hours and easily order samples, show them to your clients, choose a perfect line and opacity, and get excited about the perfect shade. But try to order -- and no luck: you have wasted that time and much start from scratch with a company that is actually possible to purchase from. Sales reps never get back to you. Just skip the hassle and go elsewhere in the first place.
