Unresponsive. You can spend hours and easily order samples, show them to your clients, choose a perfect line and opacity, and get excited about the perfect shade. But try to order -- and no luck: you have wasted that time and much start from scratch with a company that is actually possible to purchase from. Sales reps never get back to you. Just skip the hassle and go elsewhere in the first place.

Terrible company. Refuses to help when I tell then their local rep does not return calls or emails. When I called to get assistance, they told me there is nothing they can do. I replied that it sounds like you (Mecho) are just unwilling to help me with trying to purchase more Mecho products so I will find something else. Don't waste your time here. Find another product with someone that wants your business.
