If I could give a zero I totally would. I saw Dr. Mechlin while I was an undergraduate at Mizzou for my hearing aids and annual hearing tests. I was always treated as a small child ( I know that I was younger than the average patient). In addition, all of the appointments were rushed. I never felt like I had the opportunity to ask questions. He would come into the room, clean my ears, say maybe 2 things and was shocked by my need to ask questions. Dr Mechlin, Columbia Missouri is the best doctor I have ever had the privilege to encounter... prompt, listens WITHOUT CRITICISM, validates what you say and encourages you that the answers will be found... I am feeling NO. apprehension that I said something wrong, that I did not give the RIGHT ANSWERS nor that I am only one patient among many. I am an individual with unique problems, symptoms and course for therapy. THANK YOU DR. MECHLIN.
