I have reported this agent for fraud. I was given false reason as to why a contingency failed. Severe water damage, black mold were not disclosed properly and hidden. Agent was made aware mold and radon tests would be conducted and not to open windows. Drove by next day to find all windows of house have been opened to manipulate tests. Took photos and reported.
