The mismanagement of this place is astonishing. Between saying I'm not on meds they had me on for almost two years. Also send wrong stuff to the pharmacy. Multiple times in two years. Lack of communication and Saratoga hospital doesn't seem to care when notified. Sometimes they even asked if I was on the medicine when calling in a prescription
By far the best Dr I have ever had. Dr Chalmers is patient, he listens and most of all he cares. The nursing staff, social worker and the young ladies at the front make you feel so welcome when you walk in the door. They know most patients by first name. Here I don't feel like just a number. They have taken care of any issue I have had.(I have had many) They communicate extremely well and are thorough.
