By far the best Dr I have ever had. Dr Chalmers is patient, he listens and most of all he cares. The nursing staff, social worker and the young ladies at the front make you feel so welcome when you walk in the door. They know most patients by first name. Here I don't feel like just a number. They have taken care of any issue I have had.(I have had many) They communicate extremely well and are thorough.
Not impressed with the way they handle patient care ! Blood Pressure Diabetic meds not called in . Call for a return phone call and it’s never done ! You can’t get any of the medical staff on the phone. People that need medicine because they have to have surgery blown off ! Very low level of care ! I am looking elsewhere for health care. It’s sad because I have referred a lot of friends and family to them.
