we needed tire repair/replacement and they were very helpful and friendly. replaced the tire within 10 minutes

I had a nasty expensive surprise after I had my tires rotated and an inspection of the disc brake pads at Mechanics Plus. I was told I had approximately 40-50 percent life left on the pads and no need to replace them at that time. Only few thousand miles later out in the boonies in Texas the pads were nonexistent on the rear and paper thin on the front with minimal stopping ability.
