My alternator went out on my Tundra when I was in Asheville and we were almost 2 hours away from home. As I was trying to figure out how to get the truck towed home on a Saturday, one of the parents of my daughters softball team recommended Mechanics On Call. I was relieved when they said they could come out and replace my alternator that day and they were able to give me a very reasonable estimate over the phone. I cannot stop crying tears of joy! Daniel and his brother came same day to fix my car. They were friendly, expedient, thorough and even explained everything to where I could understand. They were highly recommended to me by multiple people, and I can see why! Thanks, guys, for being Christmas angels and giving me a Christmas miracle
Daniel and his brother helped us out of a jam on vacation! We had a check engine light due to a bad crankshaft sensor that could have caused loss of power on our 4-hour drive back home. Luckily they were able schedule quickly and got us back on the road safely on our last hotel day, saving us a costly extra night. They even met at our hotel, which was GREAT so the kids weren't just bored waiting at an auto shop. I highly recommend Mechanics On Call and would use them again if I ever got stuck in a similar situation!
Daniel Henderson has been amazing to work with - he is trustworthy, fast, and thorough. I genuinely appreciate him and Mechanics On Call. Honest mechanics are hard to come by - especially ones that are able to come to you for repairs. I am super grateful for him/them for my car repair needs.
