Mechanics’ Hall is such a cool piece of Portland history and a really beautiful space. The building has a ton of character, the architecture is impressive, and it works really well for events, gatherings, and community programming. It feels historic without feeling stuffy, and it’s definitely one of those places that adds something special to downtown Portland.
I love what Mechanics' Hall is doing for the downtown arts district- and super excited to experience the tiny circulation desk series starting next month...oh and Lily King's new book!
