-CAUTION- DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE!! After almost a decade of being a loyal customer I found out that I have been charged for parts and labor not done on my vehicles. I have also been lied to about the work that was allegedly done to my vehicles. The mechanics here will smile in your face to take your money without fixing the issue.
Had the absolute worst experience here. They are predatory in an emergency situation. Got towed in off interstate 5 due to a low battery issue per AAA. I called the repair shop to ask if they had a battery in stock, he said yes and told me $485. Got there and I could see that they had just got the battery from the auto parts store across the street (saw the date on the receipt attached) Battery gets installed and car is still not operating, so it's not battery issue. Love Mechanic's Express! Super responsive, friendly, and reliable. Great mechanics, too!
I would not go there again even if was paid to do so. We were on a road trip with my wife and 5 year old when the engine started overheating. I stopped, checked and the coolant was almost entirely empty. Instead of just driving to the closest Love’s (5min away) and adding coolant I added tap water, then drove to Love’s and bought 3 bottles of coolant.
