They just merged and have been awful. They lose paperwork and money. As I always I called to check my balance and they wouldn't help me. They won't accept passwords that I have had for years and were given to me by them. I have been with them for 20 years and I will be changing banks this week. I have never seen such a disorganized rude bank. Also in 20 years I accumulated only a couple dollars of interest. Don't trust this bank. They will take your money. Went into there to do a wire transfer at 2 said I’d have to wait till Monday morning. Called Camarillo branch and said hurry over and got there at 2:45 took care of the wire transfer within 15 minutes, same day. People were rude @ Victoria
