Tiffany is tremendous help at this branch! She has been the best manager that we were able to work with. Really happy with her customer service!
They just merged and have been awful. They lose paperwork and money. As I always I called to check my balance and they wouldn't help me. They won't accept passwords that I have had for years and were given to me by them. I have been with them for 20 years and I will be changing banks this week. I have never seen such a disorganized rude bank. Also in 20 years I accumulated only a couple dollars of interest. Don't trust this bank. They will take your money. Went into there to do a wire transfer at 2 said I’d have to wait till Monday morning. Called Camarillo branch and said hurry over and got there at 2:45 took care of the wire transfer within 15 minutes, same day. People were rude @ Victoria
Received a personal check and they cashed it without a bank account just my one form of ID
