I have used banks throughout Napa for both business and personal accounts. As a result of the exceptional service at both Napa branches of Mechanics Bank, I switched all of my accounts to MB. Not only are the employees extremely friendly and helpful, but they have much more banking expertise than most banking employees. You can ask just about every employee questions and they will have an immediate answer for you instead of other banks where they end up needing to bring in a supervisor or call their legal department. Very friendly and most helpful. Have used some of the "big name" banks and found them to be cold and less than friendly. Even though they know you well and know the condition of your account, they still run you through the paces as if theyve never seen you before. Mechanics doesnt operate that way. Youre greeted by name as a friend the minute you walk in and if ever you need help, theyre ready to answer your questions promptly....no sitting on the side waiting. Id recommend them to anyone as a 5-star operation.
