This is the worst bank on the planet. I have banked with them for 10 years out of convenience of location and every time I call or have gone in it seems like it is the bank tellers first day on the planet. Also they will not allow any online purchases to go through and you end up having to call customer service for pretty much everything. The people are incredibly rude and incompetent both in person and on the phone. If you decide to bank here, do not give the person Jessica who thinks she's better than everyone else the time of day, she is rude, and short with people, especially me and my wife. She has a nasty demeanor in person and hangs up on you on the phone. Everyone else is good. There is a minimum of respect and care that should be given from someone who works especially at an upscale bank. The holiday hours are incorrect and not posted for Presidents’ Day. I drove 40 minutes after verifying on their website and through their posted hours on Google they were open. Yes, I even called, but given the only option was an automated banking menu, contacting a branch employee was also not feasible. Unprofessional, I would not recommend.
