My VW Tiguan had a new warning light (EPC) then a bit later on a water pump light turned on. The first chance I got I drove it to Mechanicare (Monday morning). They were busy that entire day but John said leave it with us and we would get to it as soon as possible. They got to it late Monday, identified the issue and ordered the parts. Mate, this mechanic was a lifesaver! My Toyota Hiace had a leaky gearbox that another workshop stuffed up under warranty. This bloke sorted it out properly – turns out it was just a dodgy gasket. Even though the warranty covered it, he actually knew what he was doing this time. Top-notch service and kept me in the loop the whole way. Now, they were gonna put some oil in that I'd never seen before, but I said nah, I want Penrite. Good on 'em, they listened and used the Penrite I asked for.
