I am grateful that our Home Warranty company assigned Mechanically Inclined to us. They are now our go to HVAC company! Kaitlin is a delight. She is kind and informative while making appointments. Jim is honest and straightforward. He does a great job at explaining the issues and resolutions without making one feel like an idiot for not speaking HVAC.

Technician came out and told us our ac unit needed cleaned, and could not figure out how to turn a hose on, then sent an estimate for $375 to clean the unit. We had to clean it ourselves, then two days later the unit ended up blowing a breaker and smoking. It almost started an electrical fire, after he told us the unit was fine and only needed cleaned.

Jim Harper with Mechanically Inclined LLC is awesome! AC hasn't been keeping up and it was humid in our home. He was in our area Wednesday afternoon and worked us into his schedule. Straight shooter. Educated us on what's happening with our system, offered us all options/estimates after a VERY thorough diagnostics check! We were able to have a repair done that day and avoid a total replacement for a little while longer. Phil and I truly appreciate you, Jim!!
