I had the very unfortunate experience of dealing with this company for the past week. My dist. ordered an item from these folks and there was a hiccup in the shipping, and ended up causing a lot of grief on my end as well as my clients. It should be noted that these folks do not control the shipping of there vendors, but the big problem was there complete lack of communication, specifically from Vanessa.
