Superior Service I had Mechanical Solutions Inc. come to my house because my existing water softener had not been serviced since installation 10 years ago. We were experiencing trouble and I was not able to figure out why on my own. I called MS Inc. and they sent Tyler Courtney out to service my equipment. Tyler was very knowledgeable and also very friendly and helpful. He worked hard while he was there and found several things wrong he was able to point out and repair. Great company! We had years of water trouble with our well water and had spent a considerable sum with a prior company to no avail. I finally decided to replace our system and interviewed numersous reps. The rep from Mechanical Solutions (Tyler Courtney) impressed me as being knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Unlike many of the companies in this type of business I did not recieve a "hard sell" or a lot of slick fast-talk. Fantastic Experience UPDATE: Still amazing 7 years later I had *just* bought a new house at the end of November of this past year (2012), and since the well water sample results came back after the end of the due diligence period, I was really alarmed to get a dire-sounding letter from Orange County stating that the presence of coliform meant I shouldn't be drinking my well water. I was dreading the $$$ of chlorinating the well and also pretty nervous about finding there was something wrong with a system that was new to me a... read more
