I took my car in because of a leak, possibly from sealant or a vapor barrier issue. This is the second time it has leaked, so I wanted a proper check. Before bringing it in, I messaged ahead and explained the fault clearly. When I arrived, I was told there was no issue and, to make things worse, the owner laughed and spoke under his breath in my own language as if I couldn’t understand. We were travelling from London to Walsall when we noticed a strange noise coming from the car. We contacted the garage at short notice and they were kind enough to fit us in quickly. The mechanics were really helpful, diagnosed the issue promptly, and sorted it efficiently. We also decided to get a full service done while the car was with them, and they did an excellent job. The car’s running smoothly now – really grateful for their professionalism and fast turnaround. Highly recommend them if you’re in the area!
