I have used Mechanical Options at my own residence and also at multiple intermediate care facilities. They are always knowledgeable and ready to help us out at all hours of the day, weekends, after hours etc. They truly understand our residents are vulnerable to extreme temps and are always there for us! They are the BEST!
My wife and I called Jeff in hopes of figuring out what our problem is with a system that he didn’t even install. Jeff came out, identified a few problems and offered his knowledge to help come up with a solution. Just being around Jeff and hearing him talk about these systems, you can tell he has a wealth of knowledge in this profession. When he left today, my wife and I wish we had went to them in the first place! We can’t say enough good things about Jeff and Mechanical Options! Would recommend 10/10 times!
Outstanding service! They solved an AC issue in an hour that another company couldn't figure out in three separate service calls. Polite and extremely knowledgable, took time to explain everything that was wrong and the resolution. Mechanical Options will be my first call in the future.
