The Tech who came out was very respectful and professional humble and polite! He was quick to research and isolate our issue, and inform us of our options. Even in this heat we are having, he was very efficient with servicing our unit. He didn’t rush or cut corners and even took time to explain the issues while making the repairs! We were very thankful for Kevin coming out in this heat to help us and our pets stay cool!
I can not begin to describe how great a company this is. They just go above and beyond and never try to pressure you into buying anything you don't need. So very grateful they fixed my AC and were extremely nice in this heat.
Called during a weeklong heat advisory on behalf of our parents because their A/C quit working on the first day of 90+ degree weather. The woman who dispatched the call was professional and kind, they were able to get someone out almost first thing the next day to get things repaired. Pricing was fair and the repair man was honest and professional. Definitely will recommend Mechanical Man and use them for our own home in the future if we have a need! Thank you!
So officially 90% of my house is plumbing has been fixed or replaced by mechman. They updated my water heater and boiler. They updated my full house filtration system with a system I bought first, and they have recently replaced my sump pump as well. Very knowledgeable individuals and awesome to work with. Basically all that is left is a new well. But I've already committed 25k worth of work to them so they can wait a few years. Lol. They will be the ones I'm calling though.
General inspection, analysis and repair of multiple electrical issues with wiring and appliances involved with moving from one house to another. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable, careful to be clean and clean up. Diligent and on time. Always went the extra mile. Absolutely terrific service.
