Elijah is an expert. He is well versed and very clear in explaining situations. He is a definite asset. We also appreciated his sense of humor.
They were awesome!
We had our water softener replaced. Communication with the Tech was great and the initial overall experience was very professional. Unfortunately, we woke up the next day with no water in the house. We called around 9 a.m. to report this serious issue and, unfortunately, no could get to us until 2:30. This was a major inconvenience for our day and caused a number of headaches.
Our technician, Elijah, was/is very professional. We've used Mechanical Man for the past few years, and each time we've needed them, it was Elijah that came out to us! It's nice to see a familiar face, and it says a lot about the company when they keep their employees around. My family very much appreciates Mechanical Man.
