I received outstanding service from Mechanical Energy Systems, namely Michael L. For the last several months, he has tried to silence the noise our furnace has been making. He came out several times, tried many different things, and when it was all said and done, he "went to bat for me" with the furnace manufacturing company; yesterday, a new one was installed at no cost. Fast weekend service. Our hot water tank went bad Friday evening and the guys were at our house ready to install by 10am Saturday morning.
