Definitely 5 stars for Mechanical Brothers! I recently had them out to make some changes to our plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. They quickly figured out what the issue was and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. They were friendly, professional, and got the job done efficiently and correctly. I was especially impressed that they left my mechanical room spotless when they were finished! Great service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Mechanical Brothers and will use them again in... read more
Update: I didn't think it was possible but I love my newer air conditioner again!!!! Jon was able to diagnose and fix the problem that another person was not about to. Thank you Jon. These guys are amazing!!! From my very first call, Craig made it a point to come out the same day to see how he could help and explained everything. Mechanical Brothers has been great to work with. They’re friendly, professional, and I never feel like they’re trying to sell me something I don’t need. It’s nice to have a company I actually trust.
I have found Mechanical Brothers to be one of the best overall service providers I've worked with across all home renovation areas. In addition to being very good at what they do - I've found them to go above and beyond in every way.
Our furnace decided to fail while I was out of the country on travel. Craig and his team were incredibly accommodating and prompt in scheduling an appointment to diagnose the issue and ensure my wife and daughter were safe at home with a malfunctioning furnace. They were friendly, straightforward, and honest. I would recommend you consider them for your HVAC needs!
