Nice people, good service, even gave me a ride.
5 months ago my neice took her truck to get the transmision fixed, they took 2 months to fix it supposedly cuz they didn't have a mechanic to fix transmisions. Then the truck breaks down the next day, we took it back and this time they took 3 months to tell us we had to pay almost $7000 to fix it. We decided to take it somewhere else but they still charged us $500 supposedly cuz it's their fee. I had my transmission “repaired” here about 4 years ago. Never worked correctly. Always shifted hard from 1-2. Stopped using the truck. Maybe once a week or every other week just to keep it moving. Son started using it for school, trans gave out. Now will not shift out of first. Said he upgraded me from 4l60e to 4l65 but I guess it was a bad upgrade. Owner and wife were nice though, just the person he had working on my transmission wasn’t skilled. Now stuck looking for another trans shop.
