Terrible service would go weeks without answering. Let me know they were coming the day before without hearing from them for days on end, never started the car after replacing the $20 piece a break booster sensor He tried to charge me $375 for. And when I had another mechanic come out I was told that the part that was replaced looks used and no way it was a new part and probably never replaced. I was broken down on the highway and had my vehicle towed to Mechanic to the Rescue. Within an hour the problem was diagnosed. I was visiting out of state so they worked on my vehicle over the weekend just to get me back home by Sunday. Service and hospitality was top notch. I highly recommend them and couldn't be happier with kindness they showed me.
A/C was broken and John came out the next day to my job and fixed it right there in the parking lot! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Showed me everything he did and the price was less than what he said it would be. Highly recommend this company!
John came to my house to help me with my jeep and he knew exactly what was wrong with it after he did some mechanic stuff of course. My hubby was actually able to do fix it himself, but he told us what was wrong and what we couod expect the car to do after we changed the part and it did just that. It was perfect!! He will be my go to guy next time I need a mechanic!!
