We ate here tonight and it was not a good experience. I love ramen and wanted to love this place but, unfortunately, Mecha was a let down in terms of both food and service. First, the service. It took them over an hour to bring my wife's ramen even though my daughter's food came out after about 20 minutes and my food came out after about 45 minutes. The worst ramen we have ever had. It had no flavor and was full of salt. It literally tasted like someone poured half a jar of salt in there. We waited forever to order but I will say the server was very nice. I ended up sending the ramen back and did not order anything else as my boyfriend got the steak noodle dish and it was just as bad as mine. Steak was chewy, wayyy too salty and had no flavor. Very disappointing and the manager didn’t even come over after the service asked him to. Very unprofessional.

Best Happy Hour in Denver. I had the wings, red oil dumplings, egg rolls, ribs, and sake and everything was delicious. The price, food, and service are unbeatable. Highly recommend!
