The service is extremely poor. The food is extremely salty. The manager is rude. We waited for 30 minutes with no service after we finished our appetizer. We didn't get our main dish until the people who came after us finished their food. There's No apologize from manager, and in according to the manager, customers suppose to wait for 30 minutes for their main dish to come after they finished the appetizer. Awesome service and even better food. Staff were incredibly kind and checked on us regularly, but not to the point of pestering. The restaurant itself was very clean. We were lucky enough to try 2 new potential menu items that were absolutely fantastic ( ube and pandan vietnamese iced coffee). I really hope they get a permanent spot on the menu. i have been going to this location for years and always love the food and the staff. greg is one of the best servers i’ve ever had while eating at any restaurant. he is attentive, has an awesome personality, and is able to answer any questions about the menu. he remembers my friends and i every time we go there, even if we haven’t been there in months. the food is always immaculate, i’ve never had an issue with any dish and it’s always delicious. my go tos are always the kimchi fried rice, kfc bao, and tonkotsu ramen. highly... read more
