Stellar options
My favorite restaurant in New Haven. Service is always quick and friendly, ramen is consistently great. My go-to is the Shoyu Paitan! Highly recommend
Food was amazing, really love the spicy miso with the modifications of subbing out the pork for the chicken. The service was immaculate, I come with my daughter and the server was very helpful in helping her understand the menu. Didn’t get his name but he’s very charming & knowledgeable! Wore a Yankees hat I believe, the only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the fan was pointing at us after coming inside from the rain but other than that very great experience would definitely recommend to people visiting New Haven!
We’ve been coming to mecha for years. Chosen spot for my birthday dinner tonight.. got here and not going to lie it was super slow service wise but the server Chris and the manager Alaina both came to apologize and and mentioned a huge catering order had come in and held the kitchen up. Both of them went above and beyond to make it a great birthday - appreciate their hard work in a difficult situation
