ASHLEY IS THE ABSOLUTE GOAAAAAT!! I love her chill vibes. Very quick with recommendations, service, and was attentive. The hostess was also awesome as they provided the table with bag hangers. Super cool. This is my favorite ramen spot and I visited again after 7 years and the quality is still immaculate. I order Tonkotsu 3.0 here because their pork belly is cooked in a top tier way :) Just melts in your mouth and is so delicious! <3
This was my first in person visit to the Mecha location in Fairfield, but have been to the Stamford location and LOVE the red oil dumplings. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon in search of nourishment. I ordered a non alcohol cocktail which was not only beautifully presented, but tasted refreshing and delicious. I also had the spicy miso which hit all the spots: warm, flavorful, fresh, and so nourishing and comforting. Delicious and affordable
Wow where do I even start. My girlfriend and I came in and 5 stars across the board.Not only is the food amazing but the lovely girl taking care of us did an amazing job and was SUPER attentive and personable. Her name was Ashley but genuinely you guys have an amazing staff all around.
My daughter and I have a tradition of going to the Fairfield location. I think four years running now…I pick her up from the train and we go there and have an awesome meal. Well, it’s been four years now and it’s time for a review! We were lucky to have a great server last night named Jada and she made the experience even better this time.
