I had my rear door repaired and repainted at MTY Collision Center, and the experience was excellent. Their estimate was the most reasonable of all the shops I contacted, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The paint color match was perfect. My experience with MTY Collision Repair was wonderful. Tina helped me thoroughly, step by step with the paperwork and process, and Henry , a very detail oriented and knowledgeable Body repair person, explained me what type of work will be performed and followed up the repairs with pictures to show so that I'm able to see the intensity of damages. I was frantically trying to find a place to get my car fixed and this team picked up the phone immediately and were so calm and kind. I was quite overwhelmed when I took my car in and staff was so supportive and patient and kind. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and I always felt listened to and supported. The repair is also impeccable.
Great service and workmanship on my AMG for a reasonable price. Car’s prior dent is back to new. I’m pretty sure I would not be able to get the level of skill and work at the same price elsewhere in the Bay Area. Great communication as well on status of work, no need to chase for updates like you need to do with dealerships and other shops I’ve dealt with. Will use them again for certain with any necessary body work in the future.
