Mech E- Solutions doesn’t honour WARANTIES. I literally had to file a complaint with Amazon for scamming, becuase Mech-E solutions is required by law to fulfil and Honour Manufactures Warranties, I purchased my Printer Nov 23, 2022. Mech-E-Solutions told me they are not going to honour the 1 Year Creality manufacturers Warranty and send me a part under Warranty.
