I had a pallet jack that needed a repair, Dell came out so quick to have a look for me and was very honest that I was much better buying a new one rather than wasting my money on the service which was the same price! (Our pallet jack was totally ancient so was a good call) He went out of his way to get me my new pallet jack, its absolutely awesome!
