Melanie and the team there are super friendly, I been with them for about 5- 6 years and everything has been perfect since than! I 100% recommend this insurance agency!
I was with mech for for 20 years.(I regret) They screwed up my insurance so bad this year that my homeowners insurance is trying to drop me(they lost the receipt for repairs) . I wish I would never ever have switched my homeowners.. they didnt even charge me the amount they quoted. It ended up being the same amount as my old insurance and since they did not do the proper procedure I was double covered for months..this insurance company has been an actual NIGHTMARE!!!
